Students: Students rate is only available for participants who are students at the time of the congress. The rate is not available for post-doctorate
students. Applicants for the student rate must send a copy of studentship card and a supporting letter from their Dean of studies.

NOTE: ALL BANK TRANSFER AND FOREIGN EXCHANGE CHARGES MUST BE PAID BY PAYER. Please make sure the name of the congress and the participant are stated on the bank transfer.

Cancellation conditions - The French Buiatrics Association (EBF 2011 organizer) and BEYOND/EBF 2011,  cannot be taken responsible for any problem resulting from strikes, climate conditions or any other circumstances beyond their control (force majeure). They cannot be held liable by participants for any damages or costs or loss incurred, such as transportation costs, hotel or accommodation costs, financial loss, etc. They are not responsible for any bodily or material damage sustained by participants during the EBF 2011, each participant or exhibitor is responsible for his or her own insurance for such events.
Only registration cancellations sent by letter will be taken into account. Refund of registration fees will be as follows: until 30 Sept. 2011: 100% refund less Eur 100 bank charges, as of 1st Oct. 2011: no refunds will be made.

If you need to apply for a visa, please first register for the congress ONLINE, pay your registration fees in full and request an invitation letter from the registration team.

This letter however does NOT involve any commitments by the EBF Organizers to cover fees, accommodation, travel expenses or other costs connected to the participation in the EBF.
We will not be held responsible for visa not granted.

The French Buiatrics Association recommends that all delegates take out insurance to cover their registration, travel and accommodation costs to cover the case that they are unable to attend or the event is cancelled for any unforeseen reason. The Association takes no responsibility for reimbursing delegates’ expenses in such cases.
