Abstracts: instructions for authors

- file format: .doc
- PowerPoint files will NOT be accepted
- documents in A4 format
- no more than 6 pages
- margins left, right, top, bottom: 2 cm
- footer: 1.25 cm
- header: 1.25 cm
- font: Arial
- size: 12 pts
- 1 line feed between paragraphs
- paragraph titles in bold
- if necessary paragraph numbering in Hindu-Arabic numerals

- author's name
- postal address
- email address
- title in French AND in English
- key-words in French AND in English
- 1 table at most (black and white only)
- 1 figure at most (black and white only)
- figures and tables are to be inserted in the text
- provide corresponding .xls and .jpg files separately (names: tabyourname.xls / figyourname.jpg)
- bibliographic references is you so wish

- file name: your nameSFB2008.doc

- send the file to the secretariat

PowerPoint presentations: instructions to authors

- you must send your PowerPoint presentation file by email at the latest on December 14, 2008
- no changes may be made to the file after this date
- we advise you to come to the conference on the day you are scheduled to speak with your presentation on a USB key or CD-ROM

Deadlines

- for reception of abstracts: July 10, 2008
- for reception of PowerPoint presentations: December 14, 2008

Travel and accomodation expenses

Conference speakers will be given a check when the conference opens to cover their travel and accommodation expenses. Flat-rate pricing depending on speaker area of residence:

Zone 0 (Paris) : € 50
Zone 1 (France) : € 700
Zone 2 (Europe) : € 850
Zone 3 (America) : € 1250

Speakers must make all travel and hotel reservations themselves.
